Pina Colada Bliss Balls

  • 3/4 cup flaked almonds
  • 1 cup unsweetened desiccated coconut, plus extra for rolling
  • 1 cup dried pineapple
  • 5 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/4 cup dried cherries
  • 1 1/2 Tbs Raw C Organic Coconut Oil


Add all ingredients to blender and blitz to a dough-like consistency. Turn out on to chopping board and separate into 20 equal pieces. Roll into bliss balls and then roll your bliss balls in extra desiccated coconut if you like! Refrigerate for one hour and then store in the fridge.
