Acceptance of terms
1. By entering into this trade promotion (Promotion), you agree to and accept these terms and conditions of entry (T&Cs).
Promoter
2. The Promoter is: Raw C ABN 28 160 678 419 whose registered office is at Suite 3, 1 Danks Street, Waterloo, NSW 2017 (Promoter). The Promoter is also the business whose goods or services are the subject of this Promotion.
3. The promotional period during which the Promoter will accept entries into the Promotion is from 9:00 am AEST on 8.08.26 until 11:59 pm AEST on 9.08.26 (Promotional Period).
4. No entries to this Promotion will be accepted outside of the Promotional Period.
5. Entries are deemed effective at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission or deposit by the entrant.
6. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries not received during the Promotional Period for whatever reason.
How to enter
7. No entry fee is required.
8. To enter this Promotion you must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
- Be one of the first 20 people to direct message @rawc on Facebook or Instagram, stating that they want to participate in the taste test.
Eligibility
9. This Promotion is open to residents of all of Australia aged 18 years or over.
10. Directors, officers and employees (and their immediate family members) of the Promoter and Business and their related bodies corporate are not eligible to enter this Promotion. Immediate family members include: a spouse or former spouse, de facto partner or former de facto partner, child or step-child, parent or step-parent, grandparent or step-grandparent, grandchild, sibling or step-sibling, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, or first cousin.
11. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Any subsequent entries from the same person will be disqualified.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to determine the identity of entrants or winners including requiring proof of entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence, in order to validate the entry.
13. The Promotor in its sole discretion reserves the right to disqualify entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third party rights including intellectual property rights.
14. The Promotor in its sole discretion reserves the right to disqualify entrants who engage in offensive, illegal or objectionable conduct in respect of the Promotion on social media or other mediums on which this Promotion is conducted.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entrants who do not comply with these T&Cs.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow ineligible entrants to receive any prize.
Prize/s
17. The retail value of the total prize pool is $10 inclusive of GST.
18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes after publication of these T&Cs.
19. The prize is as follows: 1x Woolworths Au Digital Voucher, valued at: $10.
20. Prizes are as stated, are not transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
21. If the stated prizes are unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promotor’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another similar prize of equal or greater value without giving notice (or if this Promotion is open to residents in Victoria, after making reasonable attempts to reach an agreement with the winner as to the substitution).
22. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to entrants by any third parties connected with this Promotion.
How winners will be chosen
23. All valid entries will have a fair and equal chance of winning.
24. The Promoter will identify the first 20 valid entries received via direct message on Facebook or Instagram during the Promotional Period by [21.08.26]. The Promoter will verify each entry against the eligibility and entry requirements set out in clause 8 in the order received. Entrants who do not meet these requirements will be disqualified and the next eligible entry (in order of receipt) will be selected in their place.
Notification
25. Winner/s will be notified by Meta Direct Message within 2 days of the prize draw.
Delivery
26. Prize/s will be transferred to the respective winner within 28 days of determining the winner, unless

19. The prize pool consists of the following prizes, provided by the Promoter and the Prize Partners:
- Raw C Unhard Health merchandise (1x sweatshirt and 1x cap) and a 6 month supply of coconut water (1 litre per week), valued at $500;
- Koh Starter Cleaning Pack, valued at $311.35;
- CoolCabanas gift card, valued at $500;
- Health Lab products, valued at $100;
- Funday products, valued at $100;
- KitchenAid product, valued at $249; and
- Morning Made Matcha products, valued at $135.
20. Prizes are as stated, are not transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
21. If a stated prize is unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter or the relevant Prize Partner, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize with another similar prize of equal or greater value without giving notice (or if this Promotion is open to residents in Victoria, after making reasonable attempts to reach an agreement with the winner as to the substitution).
22. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to entrants by any third parties connected with this Promotion.
How winners will be chosen
23. All valid entries will have a fair and equal chance of winning.
24. The Promoter will select one winner by random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period, using a random number generator or comment-picker tool, on 27.08.26. The Promoter will verify the winning entry against the eligibility and entry requirements set out in clause 8. If the winning entry does not meet these requirements, it will be disqualified and the Promoter will conduct a new random draw from the remaining valid entries to select a replacement winner.
Notification
25. The winner will be notified by Meta Direct Message within 2 days of the draw.
Delivery
26. The Prizes will be transferred to the winner within 28 days of the draw, unless a prize becomes an Unclaimed Prize.
27. The Promoter will do everything reasonably necessary to ensure that the winner receives their prizes.
28. No fees or costs will be incurred by the winner when receiving or claiming the prizes.
Unclaimed Prizes
29. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prizes within 14 days of notification, the prizes are ‘Unclaimed Prizes’ and the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prizes from the winner and select a replacement winner by way of a new random draw.
Disputes
30. Notification of a dispute concerning the conduct of this Promotion or claiming a prize is to be made by emailing the Promoter at customerservice@rawc.com.au. The Promoter will respond to such notification and provide its decision in relation to the dispute within a reasonable period of time. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with disputes will be final.
31. This Promotion and these T&Cs will be governed by New South Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
Privacy
32. Personal information relating to entrants will be treated in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our Privacy Policy found at https://rawc.com.au/privacy-policy/
33. Entrants’ personal information will be collected by the Promoter and stored on the Promoter’s database. The Promoter will use this information for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and may disclose the information to third parties including the Prize Partners and/or the Promoter’s contractors, agents, suppliers, and service providers, to assist in conducting this Promotion (including fulfilling delivery of the prizes), or to relevant State and Territory lottery departments as required by legislation.
34. By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the information they provide to the Promoter being used for future marketing purposes regarding the Promoter’s or the Business’s products and/or services, including contacting the entrant electronically via email or SMS.
35. By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to the reasonable use of their name, location, image or likeness, and entry in any publicity material relating to the Promotion should they win any of the prizes, and agree that the Promoter may use such publicity material without compensating the winner.
36. The Promoter and the Business will not use entrants’ information except in accordance with these T&Cs.
General
37. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook or Instagram. Entrants provide their information to the Promoter and not to Meta. Any queries regarding the Promotion, including in relation to the prizes, must be directed to the Promoter and not to Meta or the Prize Partners.
38. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this Promotion and these T&Cs without notice in the event of any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any such changes to this Promotion will be notified to entrants by email as soon as possible by the Promoter.
39. Records relating to the Promotion will be kept by the Promoter for 12 months.
Liability
40. The Promoter, the Prize Partners, and their respective related bodies corporate, as well as their respective officers, employees, contractors and agents, will not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to indirect, consequential or economic loss), expense, damage, claim, personal injury, or death, in connection with or arising from this Promotion or the acceptance or use of a prize, except for and to the extent of any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
