Ingredients
- 1 cup Unsweetened Calcium Boosted Coconut Milk
- Handful fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 tsp Raw C Coconut Oil
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
Method

1.Blitz all ingredients and transfer to a small saucepan.

2.Bring moon milk to a simmer over medium-low heat, stirring constantly.

3.Pour into a mug and hop into bed!
