Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Coconut Milk
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/3 Cup Raw C Organic Coconut Oil
- 2 1/2 cups unsweetened desiccated coconut
- Choc Coating: ¾ cup Noshu 97% Sugar-Free Dark Choc baking chips, melted with 1 tsp Raw C Coconut Oil
Method
Simply add all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blitz together until a rough, dough-like
consistency.
Roll into around 20 individual balls and place them in the freezer.
Melt your Noshu 97% Sugar-Free Dark Choc baking chips with 1 tsp Raw C Coconut Oil.
Remove your bliss balls from the freezer and dip into the melted choc. Place on a lined baking tray and
refrigerate for at least an hour. Enjoy!
