Ingredients
- 400mlRaw C Straight Up Coconut Milk
- 1tbsp Raw C Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
- 2tbsps Nutritional Yeast Flakes
- 3tbsps Tapioca Starch
- 1tsp Lemon Juice (or vinegar)
- 1.5tsp Agar agar
- 1-2tsp Celtic Sea Salt
Method
- In a saucepan, heat your Raw C Straight Up Coconut Milk on low/medium heat until it comes to a light simmer.
- Add in your Raw C Organic Virgin Coconut, lemon juice, nutritional yeast flakes, salt, tapioca starch and agar agar, and combine.
- Whisk on low-medium heat until the silky mixture forms into a thickened consistency.
- Once in a thick, dough-like consistency take over the heat and move into a separate container and pop into the fridge until it is completely set.
- Grate, cut and slice to serve.
