Made with Raw C MCT Premium Liquid Coconut Oil, these waffles are clear, mean, and dairy-free. No bloat—just slow-burning fuel to smash your PBs before breakfast even ends. These bad boys are stacked—literally and metaphorically.
Ingredients
- ¼cup The Protein Pancake Co Pancake Mix (approx. 30g)
- ¼cup Raw C Straight Up Coconut Milk (60ml)
- 1cup of fresh fruit, nuts, or syrup, to serve (optional)
- 2tbsp Raw C Premium MCT Liquid Coconut Oil
Method
- In a bowl, mix ¼ cup of pancake mix with ¼ cup of water or milk. Stir until just combined—a few small lumps are okay.
- Heat the pan: Warm a non-stick pan over medium heat. Lightly grease with Raw C Premium MCT Liquid Coconut Oil.
- Cook: Pour the batter into the pan to your preferred pancake size. When bubbles appear on the surface, flip and cook until both sides are golden brown.
- Serve: Plate up and top with fruit, nuts, or your favourite syrup.
