There are two types of people in this world: those who eat to survive, and those who eat to fuel the grind. But news flash—some of us just want a genuinely delicious, high-protein brekkie that powers us through the day. If you treat the gym like church and your blender like your sixth piece of equipment—welcome. You’ve just found your new pre-leg-day religion.

But, if you’re more of a “I want to feel strong, but I also want my food not to taste like punishment” type, plot twist—this is for you too. We don’t gatekeep good food (or protein) around here.

Made with Raw C MCT Premium Liquid Coconut Oil, these waffles are clear, mean, and dairy-free. No bloat—just slow-burning fuel to smash your PBs before breakfast even ends. These bad boys are stacked—literally and metaphorically.

Ingredients

  • ¼cup The Protein Pancake Co Pancake Mix (approx. 30g)
  • ¼cup Raw C Straight Up Coconut Milk (60ml)
  • 1cup of fresh fruit, nuts, or syrup, to serve (optional)
  • 2tbsp Raw C Premium MCT Liquid Coconut Oil

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix ¼ cup of pancake mix with ¼ cup of water or milk. Stir until just combined—a few small lumps are okay.
  2. Heat the pan: Warm a non-stick pan over medium heat. Lightly grease with Raw C Premium MCT Liquid Coconut Oil.
  3. Cook: Pour the batter into the pan to your preferred pancake size. When bubbles appear on the surface, flip and cook until both sides are golden brown.
  4. Serve: Plate up and top with fruit, nuts, or your favourite syrup.
