EASY CHOC PROTEIN BALLS!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp melted Raw C Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
  • 1/3 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/3 cup nut butter of choice
  • 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 pack (80g) gluten free shortbread biscuits, crumbled
  • 3-4 tbsp rum
  • Extra 80g gluten free biscuits, adjusting as needed to achieve desired consistency

Method

1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine your cocoa powder, chocolate protein, crumbled biscuits and coconut until mixed well 2. Now add in your melted coconut oil, runny nut butter and maple syrup until smooth 3. Roll into 10-15 balls and coat in more desiccated coconut 4. Refrigerate (or freeze) for 1-2 hours! Keep chilled!
