We adore fries more than anyone, but we don’t love the nasties that come with indulging in potatoes drenched and deep-fried in cholesterol-raising oil.

Enter: Our Homemade Fries. Three ingredients. 50 minutes. No soggy chips allowed.

Made with Raw C Virgin Coconut Oil, you can enjoy the crispy chips we all love without the inevitable sluggish feeling that follows. This is because Raw C Virgin Coconut Oil is triple-filtered and unrefined, with absolutely no additives.

Georgia’s recipe ensures crispy, delicious fries that rival those from any fast-food chain. Give it a whirl, and we promise you’ll be ba da ba ba ba loving it.

Ingredients

  • 3large potatoes
  • 1/4cup of Raw C Organic Virgin Coconut Oil (melted)
  • 1tbsps of salt

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Grab your three potatoes and, using a chip cutter, mandolin, or just a knife, cut them into even-sized fries.
  3. Place your fries on the tray and coat them with melted Raw C Organic Virgin Oil, mixing well. Sprinkle with a tablespoon of salt.
  4. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
  5. After this time, remove your chips, discard the baking paper, give them a toss, and return them to the oven for another 10 minutes.
  6. Serve with extra salt.
