Not just affording massive New York apartments on regular salaries, but also somehow spending hours in cafés, downing cup after cup, with seemingly no responsibilities—except overanalysing life.
Now, living in Australia, where coffee prices are hitting eye-watering levels—especially if you’re after alternative milk or the latest trend (let’s be honest, Strawberry Matchas now cost a small fortune)—we’ve created a coconut cold brew that could rival even the best craft baristas.
The perks? (Sorry, we had to.)
Besides saving you a small fortune, this brew is dairy-free, vegan, and easy on the gut. Plus, you can enjoy it in the comfort of your own home—perfect for spilling the latest life updates, no café queue required.
Ingredients
- ½cup of cold brew coffee concentrate
- ¼cup Raw C Straight Up Coconut Water
- ¼cup Raw C Straight Up Coconut Milk
- 1cup of ice
- 1tsp of agave or honey, to taste
- 2tbsp of coconut flakes for topping (optional)
Method
- Over a glass of ice, pour in the cold brew and Raw C Straight Up Coconut Water. Stir well.
- Top with Raw C Straight Up Coconut Milk and any optional sweetener and stir to combine.
