Breakups suck. There’s no beating around the bush here. You’re either ugly crying to Spotify playlists that deserve an emotional hazard warning or cutting your bangs; it’s one or the other. But do you know the worst part? The snack spiral. You’re halfway through a block of chocolate, wondering somehow, now you’re feeling worse than before.
Here’s how to avoid those nasty feelings. Enter @eatingforfuel’s Chocolate Protein Fudge. Made with Raw C Premium MCT Liquid Coconut Oil and your favourite protein powder, this recipe is what happens when your emotional support snack levels up. It’s fudgy, rich, and has the kind of wholesome ingredients your gut is going to approve of. It’s what your situationship should have been—nourishing, stable, and not constantly leaving you on “seen.”
The best part? No oven is needed. You need just one bowl, a fridge, and a spoon you’ll definitely lick clean.
So go on, give it a go. It’s a recipe from your wiser, slightly unhinged older sister, who swears love gets easier (no promises, though—today’s dating culture is tragic).
