- 1 cup Raw C Coconut Water
- 1 Tsp Lemongrass stalk ﬁnely chopped
- 1 cup Basmati Rice
- 1 Kafir Lime Leaf halved + roughly torn
- 1 cup Coconut Cream
- 1 fresh red chilli
Simply add all ingredients to a pan, stir and bring to a boil. Turn the heat down, pop the lid on the pan and allow to simmer for 10-12 minutes. Without removing the lid, take of the heat and leave to stand for 10 minutes before serving!
