Raw Vegan Breakfast Quinoa

  • 1/2 cup dry quinoa, rinsed/sprouted
  • 3/4 cup Natural Raw C Vanilla Bean & Sea Salt Coconut Milk (plus a little more for drizzling)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (plus more for sprinkling)
  • 1 banana chopped
  • 1 handful walnuts, chopped
  • Pinch salt


Note: Quinoa may be eaten raw, but must be rinsed and sprouted beforehand. This simple process involves rinsing thoroughly in a colander and leaving overnight. Do this the night before and it’ll be ready for your breakfast in the morning.

    Place quinoa in a bowl and pour in Raw C coconut milk.
  • 2.
    Stir in vanilla, cinnamon and salt. If serving in individual bowls, divide accordingly at this point.
  • 3.
    Top with banana and walnuts, then drizzle a little more Natural Raw C coconut milk over the top, before adding a light dusting of cinnamon. ⠀
