Coconut Frosé

  • 1 bottle rosé, poured into ice cube trays and frozen until solid, 8 hours or overnight
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ cup Natural Raw C Coconut Water
  • 1 cup strawberries, plus extra for garnish
  • 4 measures vodka
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Mint to garnish


  • 1.
    Combine the strawberries and the sugar in the bowl of a blender and let sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes, until the berries begin to release their juices.
  • 2.
    Add the vodka, Coconut Water, lemon juice and rosé cubes
  • 3.
    Blend the mixture on high until smooth
  • 4.
    Pour into glasses and garnish with strawberries and mint, if desired
