- 5cups rolled oats
- 1cup desiccated coconut
- 1cup Raw C Organic Virgin Coconut Oil (melted)
- 1cup maple syrup
Method
- Preheat oven to 170℃ (fan-forced).
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, desiccated coconut, melted Raw C Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, and maple syrup.
- On 1-2 lined baking trays, spread the granola mix.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until just golden. Checking every 5-10 minutes to mix to ensure even baking
