Chocolate Walnut Truffles – Raw C

Chocolate Walnut Truffles

Recipe By @nourishwithliv

You know that one friend who went on exchange and came back a whole new person? Now they say “Barth-elona,” and order a “cwass-awhhhn” like they were born with a French passport.

This is the recipe that’ll make them wonder how they missed it abroad. These chocolate walnut truffles are chic, effortless and—best part—passport-free.

Made with Raw C Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, they’re rich, full of flavour, and packed with good fats. Basically, the kind of dessert that makes you feel worldly, even if your closest brush with Europe is scrolling Insta stories in bed.

So go on—whether you’re hosting a soirée, meal-prepping your sweet tooth, or trying to impress that crush from French class, these truffles are your one-way ticket. No dodgy accents required.

Ingredients

  • ¼cup Raw C Premium MCT Liquid Coconut Oil
  • ½cup almond meal
  • cup natural nut butter or peanut butter
  • ½cup raw walnuts
  • ½tsp sea salt
  • 2tbsp cacao powder
  • 5medjool dates, pitted
  • 50gdark chocolate
  • 8walnuts for toppings

Method

  1. Add the almond meal, cacao powder, pitted dates, nut butter, raw walnuts, sea salt, and Raw C Premium MCT Liquid Coconut Oil to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blitz until a sticky, well-combined mixture forms.
  3. Scoop out one tablespoon at a time and roll into balls using your hands.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate and spoon about one teaspoon over the top of each truffle.
  5. Press a walnut half onto each truffle to finish.
  6. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour, or until set.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.

Enjoy!
