Ingredients
- 1 bottle rosé, poured into ice cube trays and frozen until solid, 8 hours or overnight
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ cup Natural Raw C Coconut Water
- 1 cup strawberries, plus extra for garnish
- 4 measures vodka
- Juice of half a lemon
- Mint to garnish
Method

1.Combine the strawberries and the sugar in the bowl of a blender and let sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes, until the berries begin to release their juices.

2.Add the vodka, Coconut Water, lemon juice and rosé cubes

3.Blend the mixture on high until smooth

4.Pour into glasses and garnish with strawberries and mint, if desired
