It’s a rawsome new year, which means it’s time to kick off some resolutions—and I’ve got one that’s simple, impactful, and oh-so-refreshing: Drink more fluids and stay hydrated! Keeping your body properly hydrated can boost your energy, help you focus, and keep you feeling great all day long. Not a bad way to start the year, right? Morning Hydration: Start Your Day Fresh
First, we need to hydrate as soon as we wake up. After a long night’s sleep, our bodies are craving water. Think about it, it’s probably been seven or eight hours, if not more! So fill up your glass and get at your first two cups of water before breakfast. When you get to the kitchen set a new rawsome routine of coconut water with your brekky.
