Ingredients
- 2cups fresh basil leaves
- ¼cup Raw C MCT Premium Liquid Coconut Oil
- ¼cup olive oil
- ¼cup pine nuts
- ½cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2cloves of garlic
- 2-3tbsps lemon juice
- 1/4Salt and Pepper to taste
Method
1. Combine basil leaves, pine nuts, and garlic in a food processor or blender. Pulse until finely chopped.
2. Gradually add in your Raw C MCT Premium Liquid Coconut Oil oil and olive oil, blending until smooth.
3. Stir in Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
4. Blend again until fully combined.
