All our lives, we’ve been nagged to eat our greens, eat our greens, eat our greens. But with life busier than ever, the last thing we want to do is chop, clean, and chomp.

So, what’s the best way to ensure we get the necessary nutrients and avoid those sad, wilted bags of spinach mocking us from the back of the crisper?

It’s time to drink your greens.

Now, we know what you’re thinking: “Oh, yum! Blended grass for breakfast” (cue eye roll). But wait until you try Rose’s Go-To Green Smoothie. With fruit, greens, and Raw C Coconut Water, it’s a foolproof way to up your greens intake and give a certain smoothie chain (that shall not be named) a run for its money.

The best part? Adding Raw C Straight Up Coconut Water not only makes it taste delicious but also ensures you’re refuelling with electrolytes and nutrients to keep you feeling fabulous all day. Ingredients

  • 1cup of frozen pineapple
  • 1cup of frozen mango
  • 1cup of spinach
  • 1banana
  • 1cup of Raw C Straight Up Coconut Water
  • 1tbsp of chia seeds

Method

  1. We all know how to make a smoothie, right? Just pop all the ingredients in your blender! But feel free to swap in seasonal fruits and add more Raw C Straight Up Coconut Water to make your smoothie the perfect consistency.
