We adore fries more than anyone, but we don’t love the nasties that come with indulging in potatoes drenched and deep-fried in cholesterol-raising oil.
Enter: Our Homemade Fries. Three ingredients. 50 minutes. No soggy chips allowed.
Made with Raw C Virgin Coconut Oil, you can enjoy the crispy chips we all love without the inevitable sluggish feeling that follows. This is because Raw C Virgin Coconut Oil is triple-filtered and unrefined, with absolutely no additives.

Ingredients
- 3large potatoes
- 1/4cup of Raw C Organic Virgin Coconut Oil (melted)
- 1tbsps of salt
Method
- Preheat your oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Grab your three potatoes and, using a chip cutter, mandolin, or just a knife, cut them into even-sized fries.
- Place your fries on the tray and coat them with melted Raw C Organic Virgin Oil, mixing well. Sprinkle with a tablespoon of salt.
- Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
- After this time, remove your chips, discard the baking paper, give them a toss, and return them to the oven for another 10 minutes.
- Serve with extra salt.
