• 1/2 ripe avocado
• 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 2 Tbsp Raw C Premium MCT Liquid Coconut Oil
• 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
• Handful of fresh basil
• Small handful of fresh parsley
• Salt and pepper
