Rich Chocolate Energy Balls Recipe by @funkyfitnessfoods
  • 100grams ground oats
  • 30grams dark cacao powder
  • 30grams desiccated coconut
  • 2tbs ground chia seeds
  • 2tbs ground seeds (pepitas and sunflower)
  • 1tbs protein powder of choice
  • 1/2cup sultanas or dates
  • 1/2cup @naturalrawc Coconut Water
  • 40grams @naturalrawc Coconut Oil
  • 50grams crushed almonds (or nuts of choice)
  1. Combine all dry ingredients together in a large bowl
  2. Add coconut oil and mix through until evenly spread through mixture
  3. Add Rawc coconut water and mix thoroughly until combined
  4. Roll into small balls and coat with granola or dark cocoa
  5. Store in fridge
