Flantastic Choc Hazelnut Delight. Recipe by @lastnightadjatemyslice
  • 3/4Cup Mayver’s Pure State Hazelnut & Cacao spread
  • 15each Medjool dates
  • 1/2cup Coconut Flour
  • 1cup Coconut Flesh
  • 1/4cup Agave
  • 1/4cup Natural Raw C coconut oil
  • 1/2frozen Banana
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  1. Combine the ingredients in a food processor. Press into two small spring form tins and place in the freezer.
  1. Combine the ingredients in a high speed blender until silk smooth. Spoon the cream into the spring form tins on top of the base.
  2. Top with your favourite fresh fruits like raspberries, blueberries, kiwi fruit and passionfruit. Place back into the freeze for approx 4-6 hours.
  3. When you are ready to eat simply remove from the freezer and allow the dessert to sit for 15 mins.
